What to put in the message
The address
Name on the label, street, town, and postcode. A missing postcode holds the quote.
The timing
Say if a date matters, such as a move-in day. We will say whether that collection is realistic.
When we read mail
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Notes that arrive after 17:00 or at the weekend are read the next working morning.
We answer from the same email address you wrote to.
Before you travel
Do not turn up expecting a shop. If you need to collect a box we have already packed, agree the time by email first.

If you are replacing an order
Reply on the same email thread if you can. Put the delivery postcode in the subject line so we can find the box.
If the parcel has already gone to the carrier, we can pass on the reference we were given. We cannot reroute a box that has left the bench.
